Flagel Huber Flagel needed a series of videos that could speak to the ninety-year history of the company while highlighting the firm’s culture and modern approach to work-life balance and stellar customer service. These videos would serve as both recruitment and branding tools for the firm.

After meeting with the Flagel Huber Flagel team to establish the goals of the videos, ruef immediately got to work planning all the shots that would be needed to tell their story. This involved several separate shoots that included public social events where ruef shot candid unscripted footage as well as more structured shoots with question and answer sessions guided by the ruef team. Vital to the success of the project, ruef took great care to make sure the production was as painless as possible for the many Flagel Huber Flagel employees that volunteered their time and talents in appearing in the videos.

As with all ruef video projects, our production team got feedback throughout the process until the final videos were launched, giving Flagel Huber Flagel a full set of effective new tools for showing off their company, their culture, and their people.
