Zed Industries, Inc. is a premier manufacturer of thermoforming and plastic packaging machines, specializing in the design and production of custom-engineered systems for diverse industries. Their comprehensive product line includes thermoformers, blister sealers, clamshell sealers, medical sealers, skin packers, die cutting presses, laboratory and prototype machines, and various accessory equipment. Zed reached out to ruef in need of an updated website that shows off their breadth of machines.
our process
ruef met with the Zed team and created a plan for their new website. Our first order of business was to create mock ups to find the creative direction of the website. Then we sent our photographer to Zed's facility to capture images of new machines and photos to be used across the website. The ruef team edited these fresh photos and a bank of older Zed photos to create a massive catalog of plastic packaging machines.

The website launched in May of 2024. The website displays Zed machinery as they are masterpieces of engineering. We organized their machines by category and each machine has its own page that showcases its capabilities and lists all of its specifications. The website lets potential buyers download PDFs about the machines they read about and it serves as the ultimate sales tool for Zed Industries.
