challenge
Ahaus, a tooling and engineering company specializing in industrial automation and workholding, wanted to continue the “Built for Good” campaign launched in early 2020 (see that case study here) with a promo video that could inspire its employees and customers.
process
ruef developed a full script and shotlist for the new video. The ruef video production crew of three (two camera operators and a director/producer) captured the on-location footage of Ahaus employees on the shop floor, in sales meetings, and interacting with the community in Richmond, IN. The footage was compiled and edited into a rough cut using a voiceover and music bed.
results
After Ahaus provided feedback and changes, the video was approved by Ahaus and was posted to social media channels. The new “Built for Good” video will the centerpiece of the company’s website, recruitment efforts, and their booth at the upcoming IMTS (International Manufacturing Technology Show) trade show in Chicago, 2020.
